I have been a psychotherapist for over 30 years. I understand my role as facilitating and exploring the landscape of the psyche, both in the conscious and unconscious forms through the body, mind and soul. The psyche is like a house with many rooms and many parts and l walk with you in rooms those known and unknown to assist in resolutions.

My work is informed by various trainings over the years. Initially Soul Centred Psychotherapy. As a registered Internal Family Systems ( IFS ) Therapist and IFS Consultant/Supervisor l primarily utilise this model in therapy and supervision. Although my interests and professional development also include other skills such as Dream work (Jung), EFT and Hypnosis

l see adults over a range of issues. Covering Anxiety, Trauma and relational dynamics and other states causing emotional dysregulation and belief systems that can create repetitive life experiences.
